MINK DECIDED that she was bored as FUCK and since the last lynxander topic DIED and scott was probably watching hetalia so SHE DECIDED TO START A NEW TOPIC WITH IRRELEVANT SONG LYRICS AS THE TITLE, AS ALWAYS.
XANDER CAME IN TODAY WITH HIS HAIR ALL FRESHLY CUT BECAUSE IT WAS LYNX'S IDEA AND SHIT. SO HE LOOKED REALLY GOOD OKAY. HE LOOKED MORE SEXABLE THAN USUAL OKAY. BECAUSE I MEAN, WE ALL KNOW THOMAS DEKKER WOULD BE THE PERFECT GUY TO BANG, BUT EVEN MORE SO TODAY BECAUSE XANDER IS A FUCKING SEXY BEAST WITH SHORT-ISH HAIR AND SOME STUBBLE OKAY.
ANYWAY XANDER SAT DOWN IN HIS CHAIR AND GRABBED THE MARKER AND BOARD. HE MAY HAVE BEEN OR MAY NOT HAVE BEEN SMILING A TEENY TINY BIT. LYNX WOULD PROBABLY NOTICE THIS. THE POINT IS, XANDER LOOKED HAPPY/COOPERATIVE TODAY. SO THERE. |

Lynx really likes this smiling and better-looking Xander, considering that he is(n't) attractive in the name of the word. Anyhoo, he was glad to see him smiling, and Sam was too, because she wanted her pettins and if she didn't get it today.
"You seem to be feeling great today, what's the occasion?" He wasn't sitting right, because for his birthday he got an extra-special present from Dan.
Let's just assume he lost his 27-year-old virginity and celebrate.
"And you look much nicer with the haircut." Smiles, and shifts.

for srs bsns, there was no occasion really. it drove him crazy actually, not knowing why he had been so happy lately. first of all, nothing good happened to him. second, he didn't deserve to be happy. so there.
no reason, he replied honestly. he may have slipped one hand out of the chair to scratch behind sam's ears. she was getting pretty big, he didn't have to bend over to reach her. |

Doesn't want to ruin his mood but it's like life wants him to ruin Xander's mood today. He looked down at his clipboard with the questions from his trip and shook his head. He couldn't. He wouldn't. Today... today he'd let him be happy. Shit could reign tomorrow.
He shifted in his seat, definitely in pain... "So, Xander... How are things going with that girl...?"

that is a real shame. because mink was really looking forward to an intense session. and xander being in a happy mood might actually make session not so hard on him. PLUS he's been happy for a while lately. what would one tough day do. not kill him i think.

what? what was this nonsense? lynx told xander he was going to tahiti. besides, there was no way lynx could have gone to new jersey. how would he even know that his parents, or julie for that matter, still lived in daughtry?
if lynx really had found them, that meant they were still there.
but how could that have happened?! there was no way lynx went to daughtry. there was no way.
what? appeared on xander's board. the smile had not completely faded from his face, as if he thought this was a joke. |

Would Xander actually believe all of his problems stem from his parents divorce and him being an attention whore? Probably not.
It'd make a nice sticom if he did, and his job would be easier, wouldn't it? But no, this was going to be a long road indeed.

okay. this was a little messed up. xander didn't really appreciate being fucked with. and frankly, he felt like he was getting fucked with a 42-foot pole.
lynx wasn't telling the truth. he was being vague. he didn't really talk to anyone. no way.
