If a low or medium criminal is found doing something he or she is not supposed to, that person will be put in one of these cells, usually for a day or two, without food, water, or human contact. .3rd floor hallway

This is the third and final floor, where the high risk criminals are housed. The high risk criminals basically live in cells, and aren't allowed the same mobility as other patients. In order to get out of their rooms they need the assistance of a guard, and that guard will follow them everywhere they go. This floor is heavily guarded, and they also keep some extra cells here for misbehaving criminals.
