All All Site residents are required to abide by the following. All residents must carry Quattrocchi Site ID at all times. Failure to show proper identification when requested by an authority will result in immediate punishment. All residents are allowed a small number of personal belongings.
Specials "Specials" are extremely high positions such as site manager, prison warden, and asylum head. These positions are not given lightly and their holders have immense duties to conduct. Specials are allowed 24/7 access to every area of the Quattrocchi Site. All lower statuses must abide by their word. Failure to obey Specials will result in swift punishment. Specials live in condos at the top of the center building.
Therapists Therapists may be psychiatrists, psychologists, physical therapists, and the like. They are stationed throughout the prison and asylum. Therapists have access to most areas of the Quattrocchi Site, provided they have reason to be there. Therapists have "home base" private therapy rooms, each with a small living area attached.
Guards Guards are physically strong individuals who enforce peace among residents. They are stationed throughout the site, at almost every door and room. Failure to oblige guards will result in physical restraint. Different guards have different duties. Guards are expected to stay at their post during their shifts--door guards remain at doors, hall guards remain in the halls, criminal or patient guards remain with their assigned criminal or patient. These particular guards are held fully responsible if their assigned criminal or patient harms anyone. Guards live in the central building's lower levels.
Others Others are all other positions above criminals and patients. Examples include medical doctors, nurses, janitors, secretaries... Others must obey higher-ups and must be obeyed by criminals and patients. Others are expected to remain at their posts. Others live in the central building's middle levels.
All Criminals and Patients Criminals and Patients are here because they have been convicted or committed for crimes or conditions that make them unable to function properly in regular society. Once they enter the Quattrocchi Site, they do not leave until their sentence is served or they fully recover from their illness. Criminals and patients are allowed a small number of personal belongings. They are not allowed objects that may be considered dangerous, such as lighters and sharp or metal objects. They are allowed to wear their own clothes in their respective buildings [criminals to the prison, patients to the asylum], but must wear their respective identification jackets in the north and south sectors [orange to the criminals, white to the patients]. Criminals' and patients' status depends strongly on their behavior and may change for better or for worse depending on behavior and time.
Low Risks Low risk criminals and patients do not pose significant threats to themselves or others, but are unable to effectively live in main society. Low risks have access to most areas of their respective buildings [criminals to the prison, patients to the asylum], the north sector, and the south sector. Low risks live in large, open rooms on the bottom floors of their respective buildings.
Medium Risks Medium risk criminals and patients have committed minor offenses and may be a threat to society. Medium risks have access to most areas of their respective buildings [criminals to the prison, patients to the asylum] and the north sector. In good circumstances of exceptional behavior, they may be granted limited privileges to the south sector. These privileges may be revoked temporarily or permanently if necessary. Medium risks live in four-person rooms on the second floor of their respective buildings.
High Risks High risk criminals and patients are physically dangerous to themselves and others. They have assaulted or killed others in the past. High risk criminals and patients must always be accompanied by a personal guard. They start off their stay in solitary confinement and eventually graduate to limited access to their respective buildings [criminals to the prison, patients to the asylum] with restraints [handcuffs for the criminals, straitjackets for the patients] implemented according to the judgment of their personal guards. In good circumstances of exceptional behavior, they may be granted limited privileges to the north sector. These privileges may be revoked at any time. High risks live in single cells on the third floor of their respective buildings.
